I engaged Business Cost Management to review our overheads and identify savings. The project resulted in. significant savings in several categories including telecommunications, electricity, office supplies, chemicals and mineral water. The project ran smoothly and was considered successful as there were no financial risks for the Leinster Leader since BCM operates on a “No Foal ~ No Fee” basis and was paid a percentage of saving. Moreover, quality levels were not affected and all savings were quantifiable.
BCM adopted a professional approach in dealing with our suppliers and staff and was quite unobtrusive both when gathering data and when implementing savings.
